Fingerprint Scanner is always working

Hey, I am having some strange problem with Fingerprint Scanner in my new UMI Super. Its always working automatically as a result of which the screen turns on and showing Finger Print flooding message . All the time I want to use the phone it appears with  unsuccessful authorizations with finger print. Very disturbing.

More info would be helpful. Stock rom? Latest rom installed?
Calibration of the fingerprint sensor done?

Hi
We always recommending update system to latest available version.
But you can always go to settings - security - fingerprint - add fingerprint - and press "calibration" but don't touch sensor.
This should help.
To check system version please go settings - about phone - build number
And compare with this list

That unfortunately didn't did the trick for me. Latest rom but still a crazy scanner.  I'm on the latest rom (not the ota by the one with flashing). I've learn to live with it.

Definitely you can fix this with
Settings - security - fingerprint - add fingerprint - and press calibration and follow instruction on screen
Please do not touch fingerprint while you calibrating. You no need set fingerprint again.

I've did that several times. I've given up on it. The phone works OK except for that sensor. Touch is way better since the last update.

Two days ago my fingerprint sensor got crazy after holding phone in pocket for more than 8 hours so straight away after removing phone from pocket I did fingerprint sensor calibration and all is fine.
I thinking that this happened due to a bit moisture from body as outside was cold.

I appreciate that you try to help me. I don't consider this issue to be (in my case) a deal breaker. Phone does everything I need it to do. I will leave it as it is. Thanx
