Not connetion to 3G/4g

Hi, very nice phone... but this one can not connect to 3g or 4g.
I checked with 3 sims working well and it never connected to net.
The phone makes and recieve calls. it works very nice with wifi.
Any way to fix this issue? Or I have to give up?

Did you enable data connections on settings?

Yes, I do. But after resting for a while, I did not give up. I found that the problem was apn configuration. The APN Type parameter has to say "not defined" and not "default, supl". This is for the TELCEL network provider (Mexico).

Please put sim card in to the phone.
Then go to settings - more - mobile networks - access point names
Then you need check corrections of information from APN address and compare with network information provided through to SMS or network shop.
Of course you can use shortcut list to activate cellular data or you can go to settings - sim cards - allow cellular data
If you using third party network most time you need switch on roaming as they using roaming from main network provider
Go to settings - more - mobile networks - data roaming
Don't forget use setting for proper card as you have dual sim phone.
