Bluetooth problems?

I have a problem with connectivity on my Umi Super and other Bluetooth devices, this is more annoying when trying to connect hands free in my car.
The car can see that the mobile is connected but trying to use it is impossible, no sound or caller cannot hear me?
I've tested this with my old iPhone and happy that there is not an issue with my car's Bluetooth, the problem is with the phone.
Is there anyway of fixing this fault or is there another update to fix this?

Hey there. Do you have any of the following problem in umi super?
1. Weak audio
2. Clunky power and volume button
3. Weak GPS (mine is useless)
4. Weak gsm signal
5. Weak bluetooth (stutters on bluetooth headsets)
6. Weak wifi signal

You can't compare your old iPhone as if you try connect new iPhone to older radio etc you will face with exactly same problem. Latest softwares could be not compatible with older radio or other Bluetooth devices.
Please inform us which software you using on your device settings - about phone - build number
A lot times factory reset is helping with any software issues so please go to settings - backup and reset - factory data reset
Otherwise please update your device to latest software or if your Bluetooth worker fine on previous software please use SPFT and come back to that one.

I have tried latest iPhone 6 and there is no problem with the Bluetooth device in my car, I have also tested new Samsung - The problem is with Bluetooth signal from my Umi Super, it connects but has many issues.

Which software you have on your device? Setting - about phone - build number
Was your phone worked correctly on older firmware?
I checked my phone on few car radio and I don't have any issues there.
Did you performed factory reset?

I also have a problem with bluetooth, can not connect to a robot vacuum cleaner iLife V7. Another cell phone was not a problem

I have the same problem. The UMI super connects to car bluetooth, I can get notifications of incoming calls or start a call, but no audio.

The build of my phone is also V3.02_20161017


I have checked the car bluetooth with other, brand new phones and it works.

I have exactly the same problem - connects but no audio.
I find I have to turn off Bluetooth and back on again between 1-4 times before audio will work.
But then the GSM drops off when I move above 40km/h, so I can't have a call in my car unless I'm sitting in peak hour traffic.

With Bluetooth I have however no problems.
My UMI Super connects without difficulty with the car.
Making calls in the car works very well.
Also the connection to other smartphones (LG G4, Galaxy S4) works with me very well.
