The problem of the charger and battery

Has a problem with the phone when the charge reaches 15% in the battery stops when the phone and connect the charger, the battery is charged slowly I've write to the company, but unfortunately are not answered yet
The support service have very bad

Maybe if you rewrote this in some comprehensible english they might understand what you mean and reply.
