Blue tooth issues when connecting to wireless headphones

I have the Umi Iron and Voix Blu headphones but there seems to be a problem between the two as it sounds is distorted randomly for a split second. Its fine with my other phones so is a problem with bluetooth on the UMI Iron

Yes I have tried that and also turned router off in my house. My other phones work fine but the UMI Iron sounds like its skipping :-(
