UMI Super, USB file transfer

Anyone else having trouble connecting their UMI Super to the pc to transfer files? I keep getting a message from windows that the device could not recognised and then even if i remove and replug the cable it just won't do anything. And yes, it is set to MTP for files transfer. When I restart the phone it does give the disconnectand & reconnect sound within windows but it just proceeds to give the same error and then nothing again

For some reason when I set it to Transfer photos (PTP) It does work, But will only show the internal storage and not my 8gb sd card.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

I'm having the exact same issue. (Win 10 Pro)
It worked earlier but now (since the new FOTA?) it doesn't.
Any solution?

have same problems connecting my super to the computer.

The Last link confirms UMI Super has no problem  connecting to Windows 7 and Linux.  That is my case too.  I have not tried it with Windows10 yet.

Yes, It's about Windows 10 only.

It worked fine for me on win10 up until now. Very odd. Still not fixed and not sure what is causing it. I will try it on a different pc which has win7.

I faced same issue on my other device. I installed MTP again and it works.

Microsoft released yesterday a new update. I think it fixes this issue.
