umi super black screen....

Hello,

I have the umi super and it worked ok, for 1 day.... Then I had black screen flashes for like 2 seconds. These turned into continues black screen.
After 1 week of not touching my phone, I turned it on and it was normal again! Only problem, couldnt charge the phone.... After half an hour it was all black again and now 14 hours later it still is...
Anyone know how to fix it? I had a repairshop look at the phone for loose LCD but nothing was found, costed me €50....

Hi,

To rule out the possibility of an existing software error, I suggest you to flash your phone with SP Flash Tool, choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' option in the flasher application. That process will completely rewrite the whole software content of your device. - You will lose your user data.

If that doesn't help, I suggest you to contact your reseller to (according to their warranty policy) make your phone repaired or replaced.

You don't need the screen of the phone to flash it with SPFT.
