I am curious to know why this is considering both the advertising and specs for the UMI Super state that "both SIM slots are compatible with 4G." This isn't an issue of using two SIM cards at the same time either as I only have the one. Initially, I used SIM2 and was faced with the uncomfortable realization that my phone was connected to the EGPRS (EDGE) network. Upon switching the SIM card to SIM1 I was able to connect to the 3G network. Recently, doing further research on the device's LTE capability I downloaded an app called MTK Engineering in order to verify the band modes available. While my initial experience should've been enough to make me realize this, I was still surprised to find at SIM2 really does only support GSM networks whereas SIM1 supports multiple bands across GSM, UMTS, and LTE. Like I said, I would very much like to know why this is.
