UMI Super Black Screen Problem and Hope for Solution in Malaysia

Hello everyone,  i think that some of the UMI Super has faced this black screen problem also. The phone can work properly like swipe to unlock and open some app as usual but only the screen will remain blank. I can see the screen is switched on but it will still remain blank. I have no idea of why this is happening. After i present this problem to the seller, they call me to go to the local phone store the reinstall the firmware. However, as UMI is a new brand and I was unable to find any phone store that can solve the problem of UMI phone. Some of them just said that this is because the LCD connectors problems but they are difficult to solve it because it is hard to find the UMI hardware for the phone.

Thus, i am here to ask for any solution for this problem and how can i solve this problem in Malaysia. And i also wondering that how the UMI phone warranty is working..
