Touch screen replacement tutorial?

How can i replace my broken touch screen? I looked up some videos but they dont show taking display or glass apart.

Hello, i change well my screen recently. follow the video tutorial on youtube.
when you have the last step, the screen is stick on the back plastic case. you have to push slowly to separate the screen and the plastic case, and replace the new one, on the little black rubber. thats all!

60 euros the screen, I prefer to let him sleep in the drawer. I will never buy from umi brand.
