My Brand New UMI SUPER is NOT WORKING!!!

I purchased umi super last week. When i plug it to charge, it burned. I used ice gel boxes while charging. 2 days ago, i plugged it again and forget using ice gel box. Now its not opening and not working. When i plug it, i can see red light but nothing more. What could be the problem?

ice gel box producing condensed water inside the phone and bricked it. That is my guess ;)


The phone becomes quite hot during charging here as well. I did not mind. It works, so what ;)

No it cant. Box iş totally protected.

Under normal conditions LED turns green when battery is fully charged. If it does never turn green try another charger. If still nothing works put it to warranty case. Dont wait too long,in first week you should easily get money back.
Shit happens sadly. My phone worked well out if the box and so should yours.
I suggest contact your dealer and ask for exchange or money back. And I suggest not to tell him about ice gel box. No ice gel box needed for the phone to work under normal conditions

Umi Super gets Super hot =P  when charged. Especially if you use the fast charger.
