Edited by IluvZombie at 2015-8-9 11:07 \n\nall that matters is make this thing fine so I guess you have following problems:
1. Check if the charging cables are original provided from UMI!
2. Clean all the running background Apps!
3. Check the voltage of power supply
and if you are charging from the USP or PC, its normal unless its AC charging!

Charging it from AC power.

Idk i find it all very weird.

Today after 100% charged i got a system message saying , "please use original charger" which makes no sense since this charger and cable are the original that camed with the cellphone on original Box.

I've got a umi emax. Since the phone itself can drain just 1A charging current (I measured it) even  ...

Well i got the message again something like " to avoid unecessary problems use original charger" -.-

Im trying a new cable right now cause the charging process was stuck in 13% for almost 2 hours -.-

Sad Life

Edited by coolman at 2015-8-9 15:15 \n\nIf it is possible I always charge phone while switched off. For the first time I charged eMax, I used the original one. Original charger gets too hot. I suspect charger has a problem. Than I used another 1A Motorola brand charger. This charger gets too hot too. Than I tried 1.25A Asus brand charger. This charger does not get hot as much as others. So I'm charging with 1.25A charger. And it takes exactly 3.5 hours charging empty to full, while phone is switched off. If you want to charge it while running, it must be longer. I don't get surprise if it takes 4.5 hours charging while running.
