Use Volume Buttons to control audio tracks?

Anyone got a solution to use the volume button to change music tracks while pressing long volume up/down?

I want to control my Spotify playback while in lockscreen mode in plane...

U can use xposed + gravitybox, there such a feature in it.

Since you are already rooted. Than install Xposed and GravityBox. Our if U feel as if GravityBox too heavy . The Module Physical Button Music Control does only that part. Xposed only issue is that in order for it to take, U have to clear Dalvin/Art cache every boot. Thus waiting forever for all Apps to optimize. 300+ if ya like me
