umi super probleme usb

bonjour,je suis l'heureux pocesseur d'un hammer s.donc je me suis dis pourquoi pas le super.....vite dechanté quand je l,ai branchee a man pc.
il est reconnu par le pc mais rien ne peut etre mis dedant!a chaque fois ca plante!usb debuging active,mtk driver installer rien n'y fait!
quelqu'un aurait une solution,ca fait 2 jours que je l,ai.

After connecting, please pull down the notification bar and check whether your device is connected as MTP device. You also should try to use another USB cable. Sometimes the bad connection of the cable can cause such issues.

thanks for your answer but i use the cable of my hammer s and nothing change.my phone is seen by my pc(usb 3.0 and2.0)but there's always a fail when i trid to put something in and is very long!
where can i buy another cable for my super?

I also had the same problem with the USB in UMI SUPER even after installing the driver did not help but I changed the USB socket is behind a computer all worked properly only front USB points not respond correctly.

I have a problem also with USB and large files. It seems when the phone goes into sleep the USB connexion is lost and the transfer is interrupted. When I wke the phone the USB mode has been changed to "Charge only". I have modified the display nsleep value to 30 minutes and I have time to transfer my file from the phone to the computer. Can UMI please look into thes USB problems?
