Camera tearing while moving from left to right

Hello Community,

when i am moving the camera for making fotos or video, there is some tearing. Looks like the reaction of the camera is not optimal.

What can i do ?

Dear,
You should update your phone software, we have updated three FOTA, the newest version is V3.03-20160415,
you can update it by these steps;
“Setting” -> “About phone” - > “Wireless update” - > “Check for updates” - > Update -> Done

i have updated my update to the third FOTA but it is no better. What can i do ?

yes the response of the camera is slow and laggy.. this was already posted before but seems to have been deleted???

There's a V3.03-20160409 and recently the V3.03-20160415 version (only difference in the date stamp) available via FOTA. This latter one significantly improves the camera performance and you can choose lower resolutions. Are you sure, you've updated your phone with this latest update?

I have installed the lasted updated from FOTA ( 3rd ). It would be nice if these issue will be solved in the 4 th update over FOTA.

This issue has been solved. I'm just holding in hand a such phone and testing it. If you record a video in low light conditions, the shutter speed will be decreasing, causing a laggy movement. However, that's very normal, this one is not a night vision camera with infra lights and sensors. The blurred picture has gone by this recent update.

Tuch is truly nice phone, but camera is not acceptable, even for this price.

Updates have no borderlines, they're the results of continuous work. So I (or anybody) can't tell you when the next update will be released, I can only announce when it has happened.
Until the recent update I could agree with you about the camera but not now, sorry. Anyway, that will get further improvements in later updates.
