Change Umi Touch recovery language

Hi,
how can I change Umi Touch recovery language from chinese to english?

If you push volume down and power buttons you'll enter in chinese recovery mode.
You have to push volume up and power buttons and you'll get the english recovery mode.

The Chinese language one is the factory mode to test hardware, not the recovery.
