hello umi team, I purchased a a hammer s and I have serious problems with connectivity, low WiFi reception, poor reception network (4G and 3G) calls take too long tos enter in 4G, let me know if there is anything I can do in engineer mode or some firmware.

Hi Charles,

You may flash your phone with SP Flash Tool to completely rewrite its software. However, if that doesn't help, the reason might be a hardware issue. In that case there's no other option than to return your phone for a replacement. Maybe that would be enough to adjust the connection of the antennas but even if you (or a friend of yours) are skilled at mending phones, I don't recommend to do it yourself or you may lose your warranty.
