Problem with acces to the system

Hello. Im using Umi Iron pro latest update for about one and half month, i have reseted the phone,but now i have  a aproblem,the system doesnt accept my google account,it shows this text(this device was reseted.To continue,sign with a google account that was previously synced on this device). I  put same account that was synced with this device previously but the same text shows up again and again,i googled about it,i found many peaple have the same problem with the system or device.
NOW, Im really need your help guys with this problem,what i have to do?whats the solution?or what you suggest?do i have to send back the phone to the supplier?

Hi,

That could happen because the data partition of your phone has not been erased perfectly.
Install TWRP recovery on your phone by following this guide: http://community.umidigi.com/for ... peid%26typeid%3D106
Then boot your phone into recovery and wipe the data partition. If that doesn't solve your problem, download a proper GAPPS package (ARM 64, 5.1, something between pico and micro) from here, copy it onto your phone and install it in TWRP recovery.
