This post is too brief. If you have a problem, post lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of information. As much as you can remember, and as much as you can write.
A Google search shows visible.com which is a US network. Is this the one you are referring to?
If so, they are an MVNO of Verizon. Verizon use 800 & 1900 bands for 3G, and then LTE bands 2, 4, 5, 13 & 66. According to Google, LTE 13 is their primary band.
I don't know how MVNOs work in the US, but here in the UK most MVNOs are restricted to just a few bands rather than having access to all of them.
According to the Umidigi specs page ( https://www.umidigi.com/page-umidigi_f2_specification.html ), you'll be able to use 2, 4, 5, 13 and 66 for LTE just fine - as long as you have the Global variant. Do you have the Global variant, or EU variant? Check the label on your box to see whether it says Global or EU/EEU.
Please be very specific on your problem. Do you get any signal? Do you get low signal? Can you make calls? Can you receive calls? Are the calls poor quality? Can you send SMS? Can you get 4G/LTE? Can you get 3G? Can you get any data? Etc etc - as much info as possible. Tell us exactly what is not working. |
