Network Problem 3G to 4G Switching not working

Good Morning

I have lately the Problem that when my Phone goes to 3G, it wont go back to 4G... i always have to go to flight mode then it will be at 4G again
anyone has the same problem..?
any solution?
i also tried to reset network connection, on/off my phone,

but i can't find BACKUP & RESET in my Settings...

It is always happening to me. I am also always put my phone in plane mode and then after I will get  ...

somehow after 1 weeek, works normal again...
