UMI PLUS E - broken display replacement

hello, i have changed my umi plus e display for the 3rd time! i have the display model XLKJ0553250B1 and i bought it 3 times from here.....all displays very good and working well:

i used a gel glue instead of the bi-adhesive and it went very well.

Hi, I tried to open another post but it seems that I am not allowed..
I have a problem with my Umi Plus E. The home button is somehow damaged, ( i guess ).. since I have to touch lightly the button. If I remove the finger from it, the phone goes wild and it looks like someone presses the home button very fast, since I can't open any application. Everything works normally if I touch the home button. Is there any way to hardware disable it ? or any way to test it ?
If I go into the service mode and try to test the fingerprint sensor, it automatically says fingerprint  complete, even if I don't actually touch the button. It looks to me that the capacitive button doesn't work properly.
Any help is very much appreciated, since the phone is more than 1 year but bearly used. It is in brand new condition, it was not abused, no water damage, etc..
