Black lines on my umi hammer

Two weeks ago I got the umi hammer since then I did not drop it or let anything drop on it, but now there are horizontal   black lines on my screen and they seem to be getting bigger and bigger I do know i have to replace the screen, but I kinda want to a new screen for free because I did not do anything to the phone and it just happened and that after only two weeks of use, I hope they see this matter and if there is someone else with this problem tell me and if there is another way to fix this please tell me

Yo tengo el mismo problema, las lineas aparecieron sin más y cada día va a peor. Llevo tiempo intentando contactar con umi pero no hay forma... Por fin han mandado la batería, de regalo por todo el tiempo esperado..... viene una funda que es para otro teléfono el cual yo no tengo, lo que me confirma que estos de umi no tienen profesionalidad ninguna. Es una pena ya que el terminal tiene muy buena pinta pero no es nada resistente ya que el mio no ha recibido golpe alguno y la pantalla esta para cambiarla. espero una respuesta por parte de umi, si tienen algo de vergüenza mandaran un repuesto gratis por todo lo que estoy pasando o simplemente una respuesta.
