Umi Iron not charging / no more recognized by computer

Hello,
I bought my Umi Iron two months ago. It has worked perfectly until yesterday : now the phone doesn't charge, and is no more recognized by the computer.
The phone charges (slowly) when powered off, but doesn't charge when it's powered on.
The problem doesn't come from the usb cable, and doesn't come from the wall charger (I've tried with many many usb cables and many many chargers).

In my case the white original UMI cable didn't charge my phone (only if the phone is turned off). A new aftermarket cable is working.
