The A1 does not stay charged if left plugged into a USB-C PD (power delivery) charger. When you first plug it in, it will charge as expected until it reaches full charge.  Now leave it plugged in and it will start to discharge. It will discharge all the way down to zero and turn off. It is not telling the USB-C PD charger to turn the current back on. USB 2.0 chargers work as expect because they don't turn the power on/off.

But this phone has a USB-C jack so you would expect USB-C chargers to work correctly.

My Google Pixel works correctly on the same charger. If you leave it plugged in for a week it will go through multiple charge discharge cycles.

Hi, this is very strange, because on genuine charger charging stops at 100%, but during using phone, charging current is supplied to device and keeps topping up battery even if is 100%.

Non-PD chargers supply current continuously. With a PD charger there is a protocol where the phone talks to the charger.  Also, not all USB-C chargers are USB-C PD.  I have tried two different USB-C PD chargers and they both behave the same.

Note that with a non-PD charger everything works as expected.

Umidigi using MTK chip which is supporting MTK technologies, and for charging is pump express.
A1 pro using standard charger with higher current flow and is also monitored and judged by system.
Every producer recommending using ONLY genuine accessories because product is designed to be working together with supplied accessories.

Mediatek Pump Express should be charging at 2.0A.  I doubt the stock charger provided by UmiDigi will come anywhere close to 2.0A, the provided USB cable has a high resistance and will drive the current down even further !
