These Apps Disappeared: Browser, Gallery, Messaging
Virtual keyboard: changed from Gboard to Google Voice Typing
I switched it back to Gboard. (Settings > Virtual keyboard >Manage keyboards)

Latest OTA ....screen keeps waking for notification even when I have set no notification on lock screen! Buggy!

I think it would be best for someone to take out some custom rom (maybe lineage?)

It hurts the failures that it has and I do not see that they are improving

I noticed that my facebook app does not show up in the recent app switcher, so I can't switch back to facebook from another app. Also, if i open from app drawer then it opens where left off, meaning it's continuously running in background

Also the size of App icons within folders decreased (i.e., went from mini to micro).

I just got the notice to update, are there problems with this update? Just want to know before I do the update.

If you swipe to left je get google news...further the icons are smaller. Does someone knows what more is changed?

and yes, what was said before: smaller icons, browser and gallery missing (messages I have).


Ps. i had hopes on Treble, but unfortunately not yet. Any news on it?

Good news! The Waze GPS App now appears to be working.
Waze was difficult and very s-l-o-w to install.
However, once installed Waze seems to work!
Best news is that although Waze uses 111 MB of storage, it's in adoptable memory on the SD card.

I downloaded the update last night and so far the only difference i can see is a couple of the icons are gone. Pretty much everything else is the same.
