I am beyond speechless UMI !!!


Never thought you guys would improve the IRON series that much... omg it's so much better than the original IRON.

Volume is AMAZING all over the device.
Stability is at 100%.
The FingerPrint scanner is freaking AWESOME.



I tip my hat to you UMI, an amazing and a very well done job with the PRO!

I don't care about the Camera, i tested it and it's fine for my usage.

As for the jack, it's working with no issues, i played a lot of music with max volume and there is no noise or any other issues with it.

Yes i have has mine for a few weeks now and absolutely love it, in the beginning the camera was a huge disappointment but as i have come to use it, it suites to my needs well! Also the ONLY material problem that i have faces is that, on the plastic area, the paint has started to peel and chip of the corners a bit. I am also going yo switch to T Mobile because this phone only gets 2g and 3g, but at&t is getting rid of 2g........ I have never had a phone this light so i feel like i am going t o break it... But that hasn't happened thank god. and there is a small gap between the plastic and metal panels.. no big deal but i did notice that. One thing that i did notice is that this phone is AMAZING when shooting night scenes, like its one of the best smartphone nightshooters ive seen for the back camera. The front flash works... and the picture looks good as its being processed then the software applies this red wash over it that completely ruins the look of the photo.. Although night is not the front cameras strong suit, i really liem it during the daytime as it actually might even be able to outperform the back camera, that is if it had more elements and was more then 5 megapixels

I've got my UMI IRON PRO 2 weeks ago.
First impressions - the crude product!
Disappointed!

Noise with the headphones?! It's terrible!
I can't listen to music. It's impossible!
I have a Piston 2 headphones (Xiaomi)
At first time, I suspected the factory volume settings, but I was wrong.
Then I dig deeper into the engineering menu - but it did not fix the sound issue.
Conclusion - we have a smartphone with crooked earphones jack.

I want to use my warranty to fix it!
How can I repair it? Where is the UMI service center?

Second disappointment - the inability to encrypt your smartphone.
Encryption exists in the menu. I can even turn it on.
But after restart encryption did not occurs.
How IRON PRO can be THE MOST SECURE SMARTPHONE if it can't encrypt the android file-system?
Ridiculous!

and 3rd - light sensor was not calibrated.
Automatic brightness doesn't work. Or works poor.

and the positive one:
Fingerprint works much better than on Elephone P8000.
