What does it means when it is blinking red when I put the phone on it ? Also it blinked blue one time in a few minutes. And sometimes it just does not see the phone on it. Is the charger compatible with any wall chargers Q3.0 (canada)?

Hi, it is simly not charging my one pro it charges my friends I phone and a Samsung but not mine. mostly red blinks.
