no notification from any app

Dear Admin and People

I dont notification from any app on my old phone i had alot of youtube notificaton for a new video for example but on the UMIDIGI S2 PRO i dont get any thing help  !!!???

If you want notifications you have to allow apps (which you want) in settings->permission management->app startup management.

If you want have notifications you need to run that app in background.
