Umidigi S2 Pro. Multitasking doesn't work !!!

Why applications do not work in the background!? Who can explain this!?  If you want to run applications from background they will be reloaded! I am extremely disappointed!!!See from 5.00 min :

Please go to settings and find background tasks clear, if you have activated this option please add to white list apps which you don't want to be cleared.
Multitasking is working correctly but you need open each app from multitasking window ( press left button, if you didn't change positions of virtual buttons,  from virtual button "square")

Could you please tell me where this option is? I could not find it.

This "feature" is really bugging me and is total bull**it. Umi restricts us not to use the device to its full.

There is no such setting. Please tell us where to find this setting.
This makes the phone too slow. Thanks
