my s2 digitiser is brocken but the touch is working .. you know were i can find screen replacement? how to contact with umidigi service?

Hello, my S2 Pro fell down and the glass broke and I want to know if they sell parts or if the company can repair it and how can I do it to repair it?

me too need a screen, tempted to ditch umidigi and go back to oneplus.

i have had no luck with replies on facebook, twitter ,xda and no luck here either

I have s2 pro pre ordered  from aliexpress seller no longer exists  phone clearly still under 1 year warranty till oct 2018  can anyone please help phone works but screen not responsive believe touch gone never been dropped or any damage looks exactly as it did when I first got it was working in my hand then nothing

As I already said, unfortunately currently screen or digitiser are not available as spare part. Sorry for your inconvenience

I binned the S2 and ordered oneplus 5T, buy cheap buy twice

And you thinking that if you brake screen in latest one plus model you will get repair or spare part straight away???? Good luck.

Umidigi is not selling spare parts so you have two options.
1 Contact to seller and ask for solution under your cost
2 Buy replacement of LCD which is available. Those parts have also warranty provided by seller.

hi, probably my 1st and LAST post. Owner of S2, already dissapointed cause of no Nougat/Oreo update, now I see why - S2 lite comes up, so we who already gave money can ff** ourselves thanks Umi. But it's not cause of that that I will resell my S2, but spare parts support which is INEXISTANT apart only 1 seller on Aliexpress for S2 LCD for a 55-60 eur price. I own Redmi 4X and after 6 months I already had to change my earpiece cause I work in dust on Constructions, I just put a look on Ali and found for Redmi 5 and 5+ ALREADY almost all spare parts online and ready to buy, even if Redmi 5 5+ just came out, I bought my S2 in early November and still not a SINGLE spare part apart this already mentioned lcd. This is UNACCEPTABLE and disrespecftul towards loyal customers. Umidigi has a HUGE and MANY lessons to learn from Xiaomi. So long, Umi.
