I have issues with so many apps, they close everytime i try to open them so i was thinking that a clean install could fix this problem but i don't want to touch my data so i want to know if i can use SP flash tool to flash android 7 without touching my data i am currebtly on the latest update made by ota so i installed every update by recovery (i don't have root)

"All my apps will be deleted?" - No

But, If you have a force close problem, so you should do a factory reset! Force close is a problem in data. I recommend you do this.

You could test without a factory reset. It's up to you.

My problem is the fact that some apps won't run, like zombie tsunami for some reason it loads and then the app closes itself and this game is only an example even the amazon app doesn't open...i am disappointed because i need to delete everything but i will try first wirhout deleting my data, thanks man
