Hi,
since a few weeks I have no data conection anymore.
Can say what happend before and why. The phone works on wifi, telefone calls are posible and every other normal things are also working.
The only - but very important - things that doesn't work is the data conection.
In the statusbar there is the 3G or 4G sign with the field strenght ... but no conection.
I tested different APN data and different settings for sevice providers ... no success.
Then I flashed the rom again, to have a clean system ... but no success.

Is their any method to test if the modem is okay?
Any app that helps to test the function of the data conection?

If someone has any hin, it will be fine. Thanks in andvance!

Please switch off phone and then reboot (don't use restart option). Please remove sim card and swap between slots then test again. If you using third party network provider (virtual network) please go to settings - more - mobile networks - data roaming - on.
Definitely test sim card in different phone if fault still persist.
Also please check network for data issues.
Then you can perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset.
Please check build number (settings - about phone - build number) and compare with this list and update to latest available firmware

thanks for your answer. But:
switch off, swap slot - no success
data roaming ist on - anyway
Test in diffenet phone - sim works in a diffenetn phone - other Sim in UMI doesn't work
Network had no problem - because crosscheck works
As I do a clean install (with flashtool) a factory reset was included - no success
The build number is V3.02_20170605.

Did you know any test of the modem hardware - perhaps it has a defect?

Open calling dialer and type in :

I take it you have pulled status bar right down and made sure data connection is on there? In the last couple of weeks, anytime I toggle the data connection to other sim, I have to pull down bar and manually start it.

Before , it did it automatically.
