UMI EMAX screen brightness problem!!!

\n\nHello![size=12.8000001907349px][size=12.8000001907349px]I bought an UMI EMAX mobile phone from Antelife.com.
The phone has arrived in a good condition, but I have a problem. The brightness of the screen cannot be changed, I can only higher it to 10%. When sliding the knob, the brightness does not change in the upper 90%, that is it stays dark.

This is a big problem, because outside I am not able to see the screen of the phone at daylight.

I tried the following:

- Phone reeboot

- Turned off the energy saving mode.

- I downloaded other screen brightness apps.
- With the UMI Rootjoy I installed a new ROM, but nothing changed. The brightness is maximum 10%.
Please give me advice on what to do.

Hi,
I am sending (google drive link) you 2 videos showing my problem with my UMI EMAX phone.
In video1 you can see that I am trying to change the brightness, but after 10% it does not change further.
In video2 I turned off the phone and entered factory mode (volume up and power button). You can see that I cannot select the first menu and then I selected the menu (重启手机), wich Antelife shop support suggested. The phone rebooted but the brightness still cannot be changed. (The screen looks bright in the video, but it is taken inside the house in dark...but if I took the video outside, you cannot see anything )

What is a Flashtool? Rashr Flash Tool? How do i do with it clear ROM? Can you describe step by step?

It is working, but still the brightness on my phone cannot be set to the maximum, it can only be set to 10% and the screen remains dark after 10%. Do you have any other idea to solve this problem? Can you send a good ROM? Which system parameter file can I use to set the brightness manually? Please help, because I cannot use the phone this way.
