Hi. I am new to this forum, so I am gonna make a simple thread this time, however I really need some help.

Some contextualization: I almost aways use my Umidigi c Note over a table, and I take care of it more than enough and, as of what I remmember, there was no significant incident involvig this smartphone until yesterday. I really take care of my stuff, specially this smarthpone, as his price with import duties is about equal as a month of work here in my country (Brasil). I really depend on this phone for my studies. I usually use it everyday to make calculations and search in the web for study topics at my university. More rarelly, I also used it to watch films and anime and things like that on my free time. Nothing unusual at all.

The problem: Anyway, one day, I was using it normally as every other day, then I needed to left the room I was to do something else. I left my Umidigi c note on the table, so I locked the screen by normally pressing the button on the side. When I returned and attempted to resume my study, and pressed my finger on the sensor to unlock the screen, I felt the smartphone vibrate (as usual, when it unlocks the phone by the sensor) but the screen simply did not turn on at all nor did show anything on it. I was shocked by it, but at first I tought it could have been a crash, so I attempter to restart the phone. With no success, I plugged it on the jack for charging, and there I see the notification led working fine, and came to the conclusion that the Umidigi c Note simply wanted to stop working on its own, without me doing anything wrong for that to happen. What is worse is that I have that smartphone since june, what makes that an unbeliveable error in a period of ~1 month of use. I am more than 100% sure that anything happened in the room I left the smarthpone on the short time I was out, as I locked the room when I left and no one other than me was there at the time, and it was absolutelly 100% secure on the table, without anything other than books and pens alongside with it, not touching it at all or anything, over the table at the time.

Conclusion: Sincerelly, I am desperated as I need it as alarm clock, to search the web, calculator, camera, et cetera, and I never did anything wrong to the Umidigi c Note for it to stop working like that. Sorry, but I sincerelly fell like I almost regret buying anything from Umidigi. However, before taking any conclusions on it, I first am trying to find a solution for this problem, as the smartphone was really good when it worked and never gave me any problem besides this big issue yesterday. How should I proceed to solve this problem? I think I would not even have the money to send it back to china for repair, if there is any, but if that is the solution then please let me know so that I might try resending it back to the seller. I will be waiting for an answer on this problem so please, someone help on this issue.

Ps: I am 100% sure that it is a problem on the screen, or into something directly related to the screen, and that the rest of the phones works well. I did not open it yet as I don't whant to lose the warranty. I might know how to fix it if I had the spare screen (and the problem in fact is in the screen and anything besides that), tough I fell like if I managed to do that I would just be facing the same problem in the period of a month or two.

I am gratefull in advance for an help.

Sorry for double posting. I just noticed I forgot to put some information on the thread:
-If I press the power button, the screen don't show anything at all
-When I plugged it on the jack for charging, I did that in the intent to see if the screen would lit to test if it was working, but it did not (As you know, when the smartphone is put for charging it at least shows on the screen how much battery there is left)
-If I put my finger on the sensor I fell vibrating and I assume it is working fine (I was always amazed by its sensor as it works really fast and never let me down). However, the phone doesn't show a thing on the screen.
-I think the touch, however, is working. I reached this conclusion because I managed to turn the led on/off. How I did that: I imagined the layout of the android 7.0 in my mind. I "turned on" the screen by pressing the power button, and I pushed the android menu twice so that the quick menu would "appear", Then I arbitrarily clicked on the screen to try to activate some of that functions on the quick menu, and succeeded in turn the led on.
Thats is all I remmember by now.
