UMI Z does not turn on

Hello guys,
So, i have left town for the weekend and left the phone with like 50% battery on airplane mode.
When i returned home i found the phone turned off. I assumed that the battery have emplyed so i did not really care.
I have plugged the charger and waited. After awhile i decided that i should Have enough battery to turn it on but i was wrong.
The red led is on so its probably charging but i cant seem to turn it on, it just doesn't open up.
Its been like 4 hours of charging and still nothing.
Any ideas?

Disconnect and reconnect charger.
Wait unti LED change to green then try restart phone.

Well i charged the phone for like 4-5 hours and the led its still red
Usually its fully charged in like 80-90 mins

I HAVE PHASE SAME PROBLEM IS......ANY       SOLUTION.............
UMI COMPANY HAS NOT PROVIDED ANY TECHNICAL HELP.......IS VERY SAD..........
