Ghost touch on home button or eternal loop?

Olá! Eu preciso de ajuda, porque foi um mês desde que eu tentei negociar com banggood porque UMI plus veio com o seguinte defeito: parece ter o efeito de toque fantasma no botão home, fazendo com que ele sempre voltar para a home page fazendo um efeito de loop . Não importa o aplicativo em uso, ele sempre volta para a página inicial em segundos ou minutos. Alguém tem alguma idéia do que é? A loja disse que se eu quisesse que eles se ajustem, eles fazem o serviço em 45 dias. Mas se eles acham que é um mau uso, eu vou pagar por tudo ... Mas ele já veio com esse problema fantasma, o que eu faço?

I have had this problem too.

What OS version are you using? If it's 7.0, you may need to downgrade to 6.0 and then rerun the update.

However, before you do so, I'd suggest you look to Sensor testing in Recovery menu to test that the hardaware side of things is working ok. To do so, start the phone in recovery (power button + volume up) and scroll down to sensor tests. run all of them and see if any fail.

If none do, then you may need to reinstall the OS.

If the phone is no longer under warranty, I believe there are quite a few unofficial ROMs available out there (Eg. Lineage OS, CyanogenMod, etc...), so you could also install one of those.

After changing OS to lineage, i never had any problems afterwards.
