UMIDIGI Z Pro - The display is no longer working.

Hello,

I have my UMIDIGI Z Pro more than three weeks and it was working without any problem and I was very happy with it.

Today I used many time, and in the last one the screen didn't turned on. The phone reacts to everything, but the screen only gives a little light black. The led is working also.

Also there is a hot spot on the phone, near to the headphone, as you can see on the image.

I already try to call to my self and put to charge, but the same happen, it rings and starts to charge, but nothing with the screen. The only thing that I can do now is to let the battery goes to 0%...

Someone knows if it's some bug or a real issue with the phone?

This what I understand is that there is no any informations on lcd.
Please press power button until phone switch off and then reboot again.
If doesn't help you can try SPFT and flash you system.
Don't forget that you will lose all your data.
