The new Camera app is much better than the old one to my test so far. It adds lots of features(like Panorama, night mode, beauty node, more AI, face detection etc.),  and improves quality and performance a lot, although there is still some minor bugs. Also it KEEPS the old camera app as well, which is unnecessary to me. However, I still didn't find HDR mode.
Some people complain that the camera sound can't be turned off

The gap in notification area is finally fixed.

The battery icon still an issue. Now you can NOT turn it off, it always shows as percentage -- I don't have problem with that, but some people might not like it.

More ringtones are added, even some duplicates, no big deal to me

Wi-Fi call seems more reliable in this update.

Keep doing the great job and keep improving it, Umidigi. Especially the camera, which has one of the best hardware available.

Found one serious bug in latest update, UMIDIGI S3 Pro V1.0_20190606:

New Camera app always freezes when I zoom in, so zoom-in feature is not useable at all.

Umidigi: Please fix this serious bug.

hello, my S3 PRO stays stuck for 5 seconds a second sometimes even more, I have to lock and unlock to unlock the screen, you can correct with a new update? thank you

my S3 PRO bug enormously, it blocks too often, for unlocked I have to lock and unlock after a minute again the same bug,
even the fingerprint also it bug with the applications it does not work, the application closes ... even in the settings also impossible to access the setting of fingerprint ... I begin to regret having chosen UMIDIGI, I wait an update for correction

The fingerprint bug I had with my Umidigi one. The customer service, with a few days delay, even responded several times and gave me tips on what I could do, but none of this helped. Lastly, he even recommended that UMIDIGI be rooted and then re-set (although the device still had warranty!). In the end, I gave up and bought a new UMIDIGI. Anyone know how to set different ring tone for each sim card?I use dual sims, and cannot find the options to set ringtone for each sim.
