I think your problem is a separate issue to the firmware issues, only guessing but is assume your mic is broke in some way and a firmware update isn't going to fix it.

I am afraid it's a HW problem even if you tested the mics OK.

In my country, VoLTE is supported by default on all carriers.
However, VoLTE does not work on any carrier.

Hello!
No, VoLTE it is not working.
It is the same with VoWIFI.
I cannot activate it from menu.
My carrier supports both services.
I use the first version of the firmware.
I have also the security bug...Wifi with bad signal.
Cannot use wireless charger because the battery temperature is 75 C after 20 minutes.
The front camera is very bad.
I hope Umidigi will fix this huge bugs.
I will not buy Umidigi phone ever.

Sorry did anyone received firmware 830 via FOTA? I'm still with firmware 823 and no sign of FOTA upgrade, UMIDIGI is someone listen or everyone is run away with our money?

830 OTA is not available for every device because we are working on next improved update
