So it's only me with that issue I guess?cause I sit right in front of the router and I have very bad signal also I put the Bluetooth headset in my ear I put the z2 in my pocket and then connection lost

i have no prob in wifi or bluetooth covering range.. strong enough.. try to clean flash the rom through spft using firmware upgrade.. you ll lose your data, but its more possible to fix your issue

I am having similar issues with Wifi. Using a Google Wifi Mesh and it is very weak compared to my Nexus 6P.

Did that just now my friend and it didnt fixed anything the only thing that got now is the xonstant put your pin to unlock android thing

then seems to me hardware problem.. communicate with the seller you bought the phone

I bought it from gearbest.do they take responsibility and chamge the phone or they will look the other wsy?any experiences?

How long will this phone have software support? Do we have a guarantee of OTA updates for 2 years? Thanks

Which model are you using?
I suspecting that you are using Z2 pro because only Z2 pro has pin request bug.
Did you flash with correct ROM?

There is no such guarantee for 2 years OTA updates. Who told you this?
