just updated to version 1.0_2 ...

Install a new launcher, tap the home button, and you can change. You can uninstall your custom launcher as same as you installed it: in the Play Store app.

I don't want to make you disappointed but thanks to the Efuse partition protection, that's impossible to flash any custom recovery or boot image on this phone. Only the system, cache and userdata (EXT4) partitions can be modified.

Everytime it is like a power saving mode but i can't diable this. I get slow downs of the whole system and i think it is the power saving mode which you can normaly activate with android because also the vibration and system effects are disabled. Like i said before when i change back to "regular power saving" in  settings everything is fine again. Thank you

Ben, why is the dual camera bekoh feature fake?! When I use the feature, it just blurs the outer frame, and make's a circle in the middle that's sharp.

Hi guys, I am trying to get rid of the awful stock ROM and I am having some issues. I am using Windows 10 Pro. I have connected my S2 Pro to my laptop first while being switched on so the computer downloads the required drivers. I have been prompted what I would like my computer to do when the phone is connected and I have said open folder to view files. Then I have installed the SP Flash Tool (v5.1744.00 as original link to file was offline and I could not find the older version).
Then I  downloaded the unofficial ROM and followed the stepts (selected scatter file, firmware update).
Connected my phone through USB while switched off and... nothing happens. In fact my computer trhows an error saying that the device may not function correctly as it is not recognised.  I have also tried connecting the phone while holding volume up and while this opens the development and debuggin options in the phone it does not help to start the flashing progress. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Ciao,
Once drivers are installed you have to:
Detach the phone from PC and turn it off
Run the flash tool (better is admin mode)
Locate the scatter file from the ROM.rar unzipped folder
Run the "download" button (in the scatter tool a red strip appears)
Press volume buttons + power and plug the phone to PC
Keep button pressed till you hear the "bling" from PC (device plugged sound)
Left the button, and the red strip will become yellow
Once finished, the yellow strip become green, and a pop-up inform you about process

You don't need to hold nothing. Only connect phone to PC.

Then why don't you just use the regular power saving mode?
