Hi, I had bought an UMI Z phone in February and after only four months there are serious battery issues (in addition to the fact that the software has several flaws ...). What I have been most concerned about is the attitude of UMIDIGI in handling the battery problem, leaving its customers except with the danger of a possible explosion, at least to the serious damage to the phone. They should have to intervene immediately, instead they do not even respond to battery replacement e-mails. This is a company of poor quality and destined to do a bad end: I will speak in specialized forums. ADDIO UMIDIGI! |
