hello, i have 3 phones also. 1 is ok, another with 1.2 version solve sound problem when connect first make a call and then the sound turn ok. 3 phone have no solution without a new update, but i suspect tha umidigi do not make that update i am sale all phones and will buy a xiaomi.

When will there be a new ROM for Umidigi Power 3?
Previous ROM 1.3 has disabled my phone, I can't fix it without a revised ROM!
I've already sent three questions about this and I haven't got any answers!

Umidigi does not take her customers seriously and undermines her trust as a reliable and trustworthy company.
I'm finally asking for a concrete answer when the new ROM will be operational?

Use the most recent SP flash tool for my Power 3 only to get an alarming message that may ROM has reached end of life, it should be replaced to continue the flash process..  what can be done here?

This is the first and last Umidigi product I will ever buy. The support for the Power 3 is down right embarrassing. If you cannot support your own products please stop selling them. You cannot launch smart phones and abandon them weeks after launch and also expect repeat customers. The Power 3, on paper, was a great buy. However, now that I have seen how much Umidigi actually cares about support, I regret my decision. Never again.

I was told the updated software would be released end of May. Ha! We are in July now and not only is the software nowhere to be found, Umidigi won't even tell us what the hell is going on. Sad.
