Hi. I'm having sound quality problem. My voice goes very deep to the people who are calling me. They always complain that they can't hear me well, the sound is deep, not understandable and they hear their voice also. They call me with camera or without camera but the situation is the same. We tried on some applications like Whatsapp, Messenger, Wechat but it's the same. Is there any way to fix this problem? Please someone help me with it.

EDIT: I have figured it out! This issue occurs for me due to having the Battery saver mode set to ON.
I just switched it off and now it works without any issues.

Hi, can someone please help me?

Since a few days I own a Umidigi F2 with android 10 Q. When my screen is on and I receive multiple messages everything is fine. Once I put my screen in lock mode and receive 2-3 messages I hear this weird crackling noise.
It seems to me that the audio is being cut out and needs to re-enable each time it gets a notification. After too many attempts is starts to crackle. Do you maybe know a way I can always enable the speaker even in lock screen?
Does anyone else have this issue? Could this be a hardware issue?

I would appreciate any help on this.

Yesterday i have got my new Umidigi F2 all things seems to work,but
It seems my camera app is not working. I have the European version F2_V1.0_20191128_20200309-1045.
When i press the camera icoon screen is flasching once, but it seems nothing happend!
When I work with The app Open camera the camera works.
Is this a known software problem???

I found the reason Location must be activated Why?????

Like this phone, but now am having the microphone problem, Go to to a call and I cant be heard causee microphone not working. I can test this by using a voice recording app and the microphone does  not produce any bars. Have to reboot a  number of times until it comes back.
The other problem is that I can never get signal app notifications to work. No notification onto the front screen thru a locked screen. Only Beeps if signal is open. Tried turning off adaptive notifcations and turning on all notification buttons on android settings and signal settings. Whatsapp works brilliantly with notifications with default install. Sad but may need to move on. What is the F2 replacement?
