During meesenger video or normal call?
Did she also try remove phone cover in case microphone is partially blocked?
Also during video call, phone is adjusting background noise if you not speaking and then your voice level can be weak for short time.

Is your phone lasting around 4,5 to 5,5 hours of screen on in 24 - 48 hours?

Looking at the rate it is discharging when in active use (screen on) I think it would not last more than 2h so half the time you have suggested.
I would say 1% per minute so 100 minutes tops 1h40min.

Edited by Auto_art at 2018-7-19 02:24 \n\nSee the comparison with a three-year-old phone. causing me navigation issues it never pickup actual position. A1 is on left you can see it is still in the photo and showing you that phone is moving 3m/h.

If you check correctly you would see 3D fix also way better accuracy on budget A1 pro. GPS is really good on A1 pro and there is nothing to complain about.
Speed is calculate by app which can not showing correct value for this hardware. You can use any of navigation apps and you would be not disappointed.

If you are asking me to factory reset it I am not going to do that. If you are selling toys you have to tell this to people.
This is my work phone I cannot afford time to factory reset it again. I rather return to my old one and send this one back to the seller and ask for a refund.

As I have said it has been factory reset previously with firmware you published. And I would be more convinced to do that again if there were some glitches during the flashing/installation process, but all went well. Nevertheless the phone is discharging at the same rate as previously (out of the box).
Perhaps 1% per minute is not accurate, but I don't think it would last more than 2.5h with screen on.

Sorry for mixing up.
We not selling "toys" as you called but you should know that this is budge phone.
Coming back to the topic, we never got complaints about battery problem in this model.
We don't know what is causing such high drain but you should perform factory reset to remove extra apps which can cause such drain.
Of course this is only yours decision what you want to do and we will not force you.
Also you can install 3C battery widget from play store and provide screenshots of battery history/record.

Ok, I have installed 3C Battery Widget and send you the screenshots.
3C says that it needs a rooted device for statistics.
