The real staff, the one that do updates/roms, is not here and ...


Yes I imagine, but I would have liked them to publish the rom 8.1 even if it is to try even a beta, and see if we have problems with this mobile instability solves something ... and not wait so long

Impossible.... as we cant get it, they neither....

When the real staff will do the stuff then will send/mail the material to this forum staff members and they will post it.
Basically the staff here are only for show, sad to say but also after i asked for a stock for 64gb version, they ask me in private/pm if the "real staff" sended me the firmware....

We need someone that have strong ties with the real staff and can ask for the stuff we need, we should quit this community because is less usefull of xda community, i had some hope until yesterday but now is clear that if the real guys dont showup my help request here is as not asked.

I not started a legal act on them only because i buyed on Amazon, and as Umidigi dont care about us.... Amazon dont care about Umidigi but care us so i can get a new one or cash back.Im waiting to see the final result of my contacting all the "Contact Us" guys, for now 0 replies.

I was format all+download. and i lost imei and finger id. but I restore imei by sn writer. but still finger id not work. can you help?

Then you've probably flashed an incompatible ROM. Anyway I've already talked to the even more real UMIDIGI stuff but nobody knows about a 64GB version of the S2 Lite. On the official product page you can see only 32GB version. UMIDIGI Amazon is a retailer, selling some other brands as well. We are investigating this case.

yes, i can delete existing face and add new face. but anyway  after deleted existing one and no have set any new faceid, you can see still the same message "after openining........ Screenshot_20180610-162328.png

1) i Flashed the official stock in this forum, we can say the one for the 32gb
2) the shop on amazon sell only 2 smartphone Umidigi
3) Your "Contact Us" co-worker 2 weeks ago said that was your official shop on amazon and shared me the shop manager wechat contact

Ok, then please share the link to the page of your Amazon seller. I can't see any of the official UMIDIGI sellers to be active on any amazon sites.
Who was that "Contact Us" co-worker? Please share his/her contact, that you used.

What method are you uising for the screen unlock - pattern, pin, password etc.?
