I fully understand your complaints but still seller need find and decide which solution want use. If he ask you to return device then he will be in touch with factory to fix device if he will be not able solve issues himself.

Sorry for putting this post here but I can't create a new thread.

I both UMDIGI Z1 Pro 2 weeks ago and started use it last Thursday. Yesterday (after 4 days) back button stopped working.
I read android forums but I do not find any solution.
Can somebody help me back this button to work?

Physical or virtual button or home button??
Please reboot phone and test.
If doesn't help please perform factory reset and check for updates.

Is this forum standing? why am I having a problem my umidigi z1 is in bootloop just in the umidigi logo I tried to do hard reset to try to change the version more persistil the same error with current stock version someone have some rom that for him no problems?
