You can not ask a small business to proceed like a big one.  I also rumble because my Umi Z is sick, but we must remain credible and rant interlacing ....

Perhaps not but the have no good official statement(it's not 20 faulty batteries) and the replacement program seems to be a hoox (no replies, no batteries, no sollution).
Let them start with an honoust explanation of the situation and the steps and timelines to resolve this.

It seems the C Note battery is suitable for the Z and Z Pro. Perhaps that would be a sollution if that one is safe. I don't mind flashing back to android 6 as long as I get a working and safe replacement battery.

Btw...How come they have time to update the forum site but no time to help us...,,

The deadline is not currently set, so until you can see this thread here, you are allowed to send your request. As soon as a deadline date is specified, that info will be added to the first post and that cannot be less then one month from the date of its announcement.
Each request will be processed as soon as possible, without exception. Please don't forget that, all the activities (managing, repairing, shipping etc.) involved in this program need human resources and those are limited, so dispite our best intention and greatest efforts, some delays can happen, especially in the first period of this program. We apologize and kindly ask you to be patient.

I don't know what the benefit of such a hoax could be. We just have limited human resources, so the processing might need a longer time at the beginning. New contents for the official sites are created by the marketing team, they cannot be applied for customer support job since that's a very different task.
The C Note battery has the same dimensions but a different connector, so it's not compatible.

why would this program have a delay in the beginning? You should get only 20 emails, right?!

bencebacsi Is what you know if the first battery was sent? Is what we receive a track number? I ask this because my battery swells millimeter per milimeter and I can not afford to turn off the phone  thank you

The number is not public but we've received way more than 20 emails.

I can answer you tomorrow. Please stop using your phone with swollen battery. Use your old phone or borrow one but don't use any phone with swollen battery or it can get fatally damaged any time.
