Do you mean that the phone turns itself off when the the battery is still 50%. I had that problem with 15% left. After some days I've noticed that the battery was swollen. the screen was a little pressed out of the housing. I removed the battery out of the phone and ordered a new battery from AliExpress. It took 2 weeks to arrive so I used another phone in that time. After the battery arrived I pleaced it inside the phone. And now everything is working great. I had some money back from. The store (gearbest) So the new battery ended up to be free Sorry for my bad English
