No more info about Nougat.

The last info I have is that Mediatek seems to need more time to adapt their hardware to nougat or Nougat to their hardware

It will be Android 7.1.1 and it's on the way. The little brother has already received the first working beta release.

Dear Admin,

Today I installed the program ampere for measuring the charging rate. With UMI adapter it shown 670 mA max. Could you please advise the reason. I haven't seen anyone who claimed that UMI Z Pro fast carging option works

Hi,
Please use a Charger Doctor to measure the charging voltage and current. It should be around 12V/1A. Such software tools might be incompatible or at least unreliable since the running apps in the background affect their results.

Yes, you can but it will work only as a standard 5V charger.

Will the power drainage issue be fixed in this update?

As it claimed in UMI web Page UMI Z Pro is PE+. May I know what is verison 2 or 3? because it in different version it allows different charging rate
